Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and DailyJil ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By registering a DailyJil account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register or continue using DailyJil. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

DailyJil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Players are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-platform notification.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To participate in any games or services on DailyJil, you must register a valid account. Registration is free and requires a working Philippine mobile number and a valid email address.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Only one account per individual, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your DailyJil login credentials.
• DailyJil must not be used on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• Accounts opened by individuals who are self-excluded from gaming platforms are not permitted.

DailyJil reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, or Driver's License. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

DailyJil accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱). All supported payment methods are listed on the deposit page of your DailyJil account and currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

DailyJil does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the supported channels. Deposits made through unsupported methods cannot be credited and may take additional processing time to reverse.

4 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding active bonus balances) from their DailyJil wallet at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section.

• Minimum withdrawal is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• DailyJil reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

DailyJil may delay or suspend withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if verification documents have not been provided, or if the account is under investigation. In such cases, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

DailyJil offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• DailyJil reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse – including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses – will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting DailyJil support.
• Free bets and free play credits may have separate terms including maximum withdrawal caps on winnings generated.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on DailyJil – including Live Casino, Sabong, Roulette, NBA Betting, and Bingo – are governed by their respective game rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the more specific game rule will apply.

DailyJil uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer and Sabong outcomes are determined by real-time events. All game results are final once confirmed by the system. Players who believe a result was determined in error may contact DailyJil support within 24 hours of the disputed event.

• Bets placed after a game round has been officially closed are void and will be refunded.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game from completing, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• DailyJil sets minimum and maximum bet limits per game and per round. These are displayed within each game interface.
• NBA betting wagers are settled based on official league results. Overtime results are included unless the specific market states otherwise.
• Sabong outcomes are determined by the live event result. DailyJil does not influence or interfere with cockfight outcomes.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Maintaining a fair and secure environment for all DailyJil players is a core priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating or operating more than one DailyJil account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across promotional offers).
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in money laundering or using DailyJil to transact proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt DailyJil's systems or game outcomes.

DailyJil employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, duplicate account activity, and technical exploits. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where legal obligations apply.

8 Responsible Gaming

DailyJil is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment – not a way to solve financial problems or generate income. If gaming is causing stress, financial difficulty, or affecting your daily life, please use the tools available on DailyJil or seek support.

Every DailyJil account provides access to the following responsible gaming tools, available from your account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session time reminders and automatic session timeouts.
• Net loss limits over a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days).
• Permanent self-exclusion from the DailyJil platform.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

DailyJil collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a DailyJil account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting DailyJil support. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection regulations.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

DailyJil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached.

• In cases of suspected fraud, accounts may be suspended immediately without prior notice while investigation is ongoing.
• Players whose accounts are suspended due to suspected terms violations will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.
• Where account closure is due to a verified breach, account balances (including pending bonus funds) may be forfeited.
• Players may voluntarily close their DailyJil account at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method after verification.

DailyJil will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from account suspension or closure where such action was taken in good faith following a reasonable investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

DailyJil provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors at all times.

DailyJil's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms – whether in contract, tort, or otherwise – shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• DailyJil is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues outside our control.
• DailyJil is not liable for third-party payment processor delays beyond our direct control.
• DailyJil is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Game outcomes determined by certified RNG are final and DailyJil cannot be held liable for results of fair games.

Nothing in these Terms limits DailyJil's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments and Governing Law

DailyJil may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page unless stated otherwise. Players who do not agree with an amendment may close their account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of DailyJil following publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of DailyJil shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, without prejudice to DailyJil's right to seek urgent relief in any jurisdiction.
